Wonderful meditation... Ready for some Om Chanting?! :)
By this way, this Om Chant goes for over 6 and a half hours! I would suggest practicing this one for around 10 - 20 minutes (or more if you are feeling happy and comfortable to continue). Or you can leave the meditation on in the background while you are relaxing or sleeping.
