Three videos I use regularly for my spiritual practice
I use the first two clips every day in the morning and the third video as often as possible. I hope you find them as beneficial as I have found them.
The first clip - Tibetan Bells - 30 Minutes No Talking - is perfect for starting the day, clearing the energy of your living space, using healing frequencies to set the tone for a relaxed and centred day. This clip doesn't allow embedding but here is the link to this wonderful clip.
This video I use every day, first thing before seeing clients. creating a positive, healing space for myself and others. This meditation and healing clip was originally created for last year's Chinese New Year but totally suitable to be used any day, any year. Qigong Master Chunyi Lin, together with Tibetan Monks chanting, have resulted in a short, effective and healing meditation that only takes 14 minutes every day. It has a three minute intro that can be skipped after the first listen if you prefer and need to save time in the morning.
Introduction to Mindfulness featuring the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is invaluable and can be enjoyed on a regular basis to nurture your sense of calm and spiritual centredness. Thich Nhat Hanh passed away three years ago, in his nineties, but while alive was probably the most enlightened person I have ever witnessed during my lifetime. He never referred to himself as a Master or guru. He was humble and wise and never self-righteous. This clip can be enjoyed while sleeping but best enjoyed while awake, relaxing and focussed.
