Why we resist change by Alan Watts
I began reading books by Alan Watts when I was 18 (those books still have pride of place in my personal library). Alan Watts passed away in 1973 but his extraordinary insights live on and now inspire a new generation of individuals wishing to understand their place in the Universe. In this 10 minute video, Watts explores the nature of change and why we resist it. "Every one of us is a whirlpool in the tide of existence."
