Every situation in life...

"Every situation in life is temporary. So, when life is good, make sure you enjoy and receive it fully. And when is not good, remember that it will not last forever and better days are on the way."

Every form of life is sacred...

"Every life form, as it is life, is sacred and this must be enough. The right man is the one who, when he finds a worm that is lost after a storm and dries on the asphalt, puts the animal back in the grass without wondering how much intelligence he is equipped with. He saves him because he is alive and life is sacred." - Albert Schweitzer 1875 - 1965, Polymath - theologian, organist, musicologist, writer, humanitarian, philosopher, and physician.

Beautiful song about nature and spiritual existence...

I recently discovered this phenomenal musical artist, while listening to the soundtrack of the funny sci fi series "Resident Alien". Avi Kaplan has a soothing and mellow voice with a distinctive calming and spiritual quality. This song, "Otherside", conveys humanity's search for deeper awareness while exploring our appreciation for life and interconnectedness with the natural world. I love it! What do you think about this one? :)

Close some doors...

"Close some doors, not because of pride, incapacity or arrogance, but simply because they no longer lead somewhere." - Paulo Coelho

A simple and quick way to centre and calm your mind and body...

"Breathe in positive...Breathe out negative."

If I could...

"If I could give you one gift today, I'd give you the ability to see beyond your fears, worries and doubt. Then you could embrace the extraordinary person that you truly are."
