Crown Chakra Meditation
This powerful meditation associated with the violet or purple chakra, or crown chakra is excellent for rebalancing the energy body, meditation practices and calming the mind, spirit and physical body. The imagery featuring the animated symbol of the crown chakra is quite hypnotic and helps direct your mind away from worldly concerns to a quieter, more harmonious state of mind.
