Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh - Introduction to Mindfulness - I highly recommend this hour video.

If you wish to learn techniques in mindfulness or develop your skills to relax, stop overthinking and become less anxious and depressed, this is the video for you. I cannot recommend this clip highly enough. Put your headphones on and enjoy the peace and centredness of the "Pureland".
