A fabulous meditation clip to help relax and restore.
This thirty minute guided meditation video - "Asking for Nothing and Receiving Everything" is one of the best on youtube - soothing and spiritual. I often recommend this one to clients if they are having trouble sleeping or unwinding.
One of my favourite videos - The Kindness Boomerang
This uplifting clip shows how one simple act of thoughtfulness can not only lift a single person's day but make a difference to many as the kindness is passed on. Happiness is contagious but so also is kindness.

How you see yourself is what matters most.
No matter how many compliments or how much encouragement we receive from others, unless we are willing to believe this supportive information because we see ourselves in a positive way, it will not uplift us. Only we, ourselves, can open the door to a positive belief and sense of self, then we accept what good others see in us too.
