Positive Affirmations for a healthier relationship with yourself and a happier life

A great affirmation video worth practicing. However, I would also suggest coming up with your own specific affirmation - for example - "I am happy, healthy, successful and loved", "I enjoy my job and appreciated for my input and ideas." "I radiate positivity and attract good outcomes into my life." or "I am loved and loveable and enjoy my life". You can either say your affirmations out loud or quietly in your mind. For the best results, say the affimration three times within the first two minutes of waking up, while your mind is in alpha wave mode. Affirmations help reset your subconscious and imprint particular frequencies upon the Universal energy construct. Affirmations work best when you practice daily for at least seven weeks or longer.
